Letter for parents about COVID-19 symptoms

Public Health England have produced a letter for schools to distribute to parents which explains when a person requires a coronavirus test and what the symptoms of coronavirus are. The Department would be grateful if you could share and circulate this letter amongst parents at your school.

The intention of the letter is to help prevent children being taken out of school unnecessarily and answer some of the questions parents may have around testing.

On return to school, only the front gate will be used as the main entrance and exit point. Signage around the building will indicate where different bubbles of pupils need to go and there will be designated drop off points and sanitising stations for classes.
On the grounds of health and safety, parents and children are not permitted to gather at the gate or on the yard. If a parent needs to speak with a member of staff, they must contact the office and make an appointment.
For further information – please refer to the full parental letter that is posted on our website.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation,
Mrs Apolloni

Important Update!

15th July 2020LEANNE MOSS
IMPORTANT UPDATE!
Dear Parent/ Guardian,
If you have more than one child in school and are picking them up early in September, you need to collect your youngest child first from their normal exit point.
Older siblings will be sent to the front Reception area where you can collect them.
Please note that due to Health and Safety restrictions, the back gate will be locked on return to school.  The only entry and exit point for pupils and adults will be the front gate entrance.  This will be until further notice.
Thank you

Year 6 have produced some brilliant art work today inspired by the artwork of contemporary Canadian artist Terry Gilecki.
We have used a range of technique to create the illusion of depth in a painting.
